To come in without having to train, we require six months of verified OTR/local experience in the last 36 months. If you do not have reefer experience, you must team up for your first 30 days
Solo pay is $.50CPM before bonuses.
Teams pay is $.70CPM split for all miles run before bonuses.
Solos at –
10,000 miles a month, get an extra $.04 CPM.
12,000 miles a month, get an extra $.08CPM.
Paid on the 15th of the following month.
Teams at –
21,000 miles a month, get $.04CPM split.
24,000 miles a month, get $.10CPM split.
Paid on the 15th of the following month.
Seniority Bonus –
Get $10,000 every five years of completed service to be given out at our Annual Christmas Open House.
We Also Offer –

We do not accept recently completed SAP drivers within the past five years.
We keep late-model equipment and trade our tractors out every few years before the warranty is up on them. The bulk of our fleet is Peterbilt 579 with an X15 Cummins engine, Kenworth T60s with the X15 Cummins, and Volvo 760 & 860 with the Volvo engine.
We do not, but we do have the capability to put one in your truck if needed.
We haul produce, candy, gum, chicken, flooring, and pharmaceuticals.
The lanes we run are i40, i20, and i80. Solos can expect to leave from Georgia to the suburbs of Chicago and Wisconsin, then back. Also, leaving out from Georgia to Dallas and back. Teams can expect to do California, Arizona, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and some parts of Texas. We also have Northwest runs that will take you to Washington and Oregon.
We do have local positions. You must live within thirty minutes of the terminal in Rydal, Ga.
Pets and riders are welcome! Pets are a $300 cleaning deposit fee that can be paid in $50 increments weekly until paid in full. Riders have to be at least 12 years of age. 18 and over must do a drug test and get the results back before getting on the truck.
Our orientation begins Tuesday mornings at 8:30 am, with the orientation class on Tuesday and Wednesday being full days. Thursday, we finish up orientation and get you released.
We will put you into a hotel room with a hot breakfast each morning and provide lunch each day for orientation.
